In business, we’ve just gone through an epidemic of people sending AI generated text and slides to their colleagues, who in their turn use models to summarize what they received and send back AI generated input that the first person’s AI can then incorporate and send right back.

This behavior has become frowned upon quite quickly. I think the primary reason is that the receiver can just as well talk to their own AI, they don’t need a biological middleman.

The issue that I take with it is more related to the reduced amount of real thinking. Writing is thinking. Phrasing your thoughts in writing is a forcing function to actually spawn your thoughts. Stop writing and you’ll not be thinking as much. Your competency gets lost. You lose your mind.
